Ingredients for a "Hot African Punch"

• Jamaican Dark Rum
• Brandy
• Coffee
• Sugar

Quantities for one drink:

• 2 Bottles Jamaican Dark Rum
• 4 Bottles Brandy
• 1 Gallon Coffee
• 4 Lb Sugar

Blending Instructions:

• Place 4 lbs of sugar in a large pan
• Pour 4 bottles of brandy and 2 bottles of Jamaican rum over sugar, stir until sugar dissolves
• Set the liquid on fire, (may be difficult to light), and stir with a long metal spoon
• Add 1 gallon of coffee
