Ingredients for a "Honnessey"

• Hennessy® Cognac
• Lemon
• Honey

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 oz Hennessy® Cognac
• 1 Lemon Wedge
• 1 tbsp Sweet Clover Honey

Blending Instructions:

• To make 1 shot, mix Hennessey and approximate 1 tbsp
• of Sweet Clover Honey (gourmet honey is preferred) in following ratio, though this can vary slightly depending on taste
• Squeeze the juice from 1/4 of a fresh lemon and mix drink to even
• Serve at room temperature as a deliciously mellow and refined drink
