Ingredients for a "Highland Cooler"

• Scotch Whisky
• Angostura® Bitters
• Lemon Juice
• Powdered Sugar
• Ginger Ale

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 oz Scotch Whisky
• 2 Dashes Angostura® Bitters
• 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
• 1 tsp Powdered Sugar
• 4 oz Ginger Ale

Blending Instructions:

• Pour the Scotch whisky, Angostura bitters, orange juice and sugar into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes
• Fill with ginger ale, and serve
