Ingredients for a "High Tide"

• Gin
• Cream Of Coconut
• Mint
• Strawberries

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 oz Gin
• 1 oz Cream of Coconut
• 1 Mint Sprig
• 1 Cup Frozen Strawberries

Blending Instructions:

• Blend all ingredients in a blender with about a cup of crushed ice
• Serve in a cocktail glass with mint sprig as garnish
