Ingredients for a "Harbor Light"

• Kahlua® Coffee Liqueur
• Triple Sec
• Cognac
• White Rum

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 oz Kahlua® Coffee Liqueur
• 1 oz Triple Sec
• 1/2 oz Cognac
• 1 tsp Overproof White Rum

Blending Instructions:

• Make kahlua, triple sec and cognac pousse-cafe style in a cordial glass
• Ignite rum in a teaspoon and float on top
• Extinguish, and serve
