Ingredients for a "Happy New Year"

• Brandy
• Ruby Port
• Orange Juice
• Champagne

Quantities for one drink:

• 1/4 oz Brandy
• 3/4 oz Ruby Port
• 3/4 oz Orange Juice
• 4 oz Champagne

Blending Instructions:

• Shake brandy, port and orange juice well over ice cubes in a shaker
• Strain into a champagne flute, fill with champagne, and serve
