Ingredients for a "Happy Hollander"

• Champagne
• Gin
• Mango Juice
• Pineapple Syrup
• Lemon Juice

Quantities for one drink:

• 3 oz Champagne
• 1/2 oz Gin
• 1 oz Mango Juice
• 1 tsp Pineapple Syrup
• 1 tsp Lemon Juice

Blending Instructions:

• Pour into a wine glass half-filled with broken ice
• Garnish with a slice of lemon, and serve
