Ingredients for a "Gumdrop Cocktail"

• Amarula Cream Liqueur
• Butterscotch Schnapps
• Cream
• Blue Curacao Liqueur

Quantities for one drink:

• 2 oz Amarula Cream Liqueur
• 1 oz Butterscotch Schnapps
• 2 oz Cream
• 1 Dash Blue Curacao Liqueur

Blending Instructions:

• Pour the amarula cream liqueur, cream and butterscotch schnapps into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes
• Shake well
• Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and pour a dash of blue curacao down two opposite sides of the glass (using a teaspoon)
