Ingredients for a "Greenland"

• Vodka
• Blue Curacao
• Amaretto
• Egg White

Quantities for one drink:

• 4 Cl Vodka
• 2 Cl Blue Curacao
• 1 Cl Amaretto
• 2 Dashes Egg White

Blending Instructions:

• Shake over ice, strain into a highball glass
• Top with fresh orange juice
• Garnish with orange, cherry, mint leaf and straws
