Ingredients for a "Green Island"

• Vodka
• Pineapple Juice
• Green Creme De Menthe
• Limes
• Sugar Syrup

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 1/2 oz Vodka
• 3 oz Pineapple Juice
• 1/2 oz Green Creme de Menthe
• Juice of 1 Limes
• 1/2 tsp Sugar Syrup

Blending Instructions:

• Shake with ice, strain into a parfait glass and top with creme de menthe
• Garnish with a pineapple slice
