• Absinthe Herbal Liqueur
• Water
• Lemons
• Egg
• Angostura® Bitters

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 oz Absinthe Herbal Liqueur
• 1 oz Water
• Juice of 1 Lemons
• 2 tsp Egg White
• 1 Dash Angostura® Bitters

Blending Instructions:

• Shake thoroughly with ice and strain into a cocktail glass
