Ingredients for a "Grape Flip"

• Milk
• Grape Juice
• Egg Yolk
• Raspberry Syrup

Quantities for one drink:

• 10 Cl Cold Milk
• 5 Cl Red Grape Juice
• 1 Egg Yolk
• 2 tsp Raspberry Syrup

Blending Instructions:

• Shake or blend very well, serve icecold in a burgundy glass
• If you wish to garnish, use grapes
