Ingredients for a "Grand Master"

• Scotch
• Peppermint Schnapps
• Club Soda
• Lemon Peel

Quantities for one drink:

• 2 oz Scotch
• 1/2 oz Peppermint Schnapps
• 3 oz Club Soda
• 1 Twist of Lemon Peel

Blending Instructions:

• Pour the Scotch, schnapps, and soda into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes
• Stir well
• Garnish with the lemon twist
