Ingredients for a "Good Morning Eggnog"

• Ruby Port
• Red Wine
• Milk
• Cream
• Powdered Sugar
• Egg
• Nutmeg

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 3/4 oz Ruby Port
• 1 3/4 oz Red Wine
• 3 1/2 oz Milk
• 3/4 oz Cream
• 1/2 tsp Powdered Sugar
• 1 Egg Yolk
• 1 Pinch Nutmeg

Blending Instructions:

• Shake well over ice cubes in a shaker, and strain into a large highball glass over ice cubes
• Sprinkle with nutmeg, and serve
