• Bacardi® 8 Rum
• Simple Syrup
• Pineapple Juice
• Offley Rich® Tawny Port
• Egg

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 oz Bacardi® 8 Rum
• 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
• 1 oz Pineapple Juice
• 3/4 oz offley Rich® Tawny Port
• 1/2 Egg

Blending Instructions:

• SHake all ingredients well with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass
• Garnish with grated orange zest, and serve
