Ingredients for a "Golden Fizz"

• Gin
• Lemon
• Sugar
• Egg Yolk
• Carbonated Water

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 1/2 oz Gin
• Juice of 1/2 Lemon
• 1/2 Tblsp Sugar
• 1 Egg Yolk
• Carbonated Water

Blending Instructions:

• Shake all ingredients (except carbonated water) with ice and strain into a highball glass
• Fill with carbonated water and serve
