Ingredients for a "Gold Mine"

• Scotch Whisky
• Galliano® Herbal Liqueur
• Sweet Sherry
• Egg
• Lime Juice
• Lemonade

Quantities for one drink:

• 1/2 oz Scotch Whisky
• 1/2 oz Galliano® Herbal Liqueur
• 1/2 oz Sweet Sherry
• 1 tsp Egg White
• 1 oz Lime Juice
• 1 oz Lemonade

Blending Instructions:

• Shake all ingredients (except lemonade) well
• Strain into an old-fashioned glass three-quarters filled with broken ice, and add lemonade
• Garnish with an orange slice and a cherry, and serve
