Gin Gin MuleAlcoholic

Ingredients for a "Gin Gin Mule"

• Lime Juice
• Simple Syrup
• Mint
• Ginger Beer
• Bombay Sapphire® Gin
• Soda Water

Quantities for one drink:

• 1/2 oz Lime Juice
• 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
• 6 Mint Sprigs
• 3/4 oz Ginger Beer
• 1 1/2 oz Bombay Sapphire® Gin
• 1 Splash Soda Water

Blending Instructions:

• Muddle the lime juice, syrup and mint sprigs at the bottom of a mixing glass
• Add gin and ginger beer and shake well
• Pour over ice in a highball glass, top with soda and garnish with a wedge of lime
