Ingredients for a "Gin Crusta"

• London Dry Gin
• Gomme Syrup
• Angostura® Bitters
• Blue Curacao Liqueur

Quantities for one drink:

• 5 oz London Dry Gin
• 30 Drops Gomme Syrup
• 10 Drops Angostura® Bitters
• 10 Drops Blue Curacao Liqueur

Blending Instructions:

• Shake with ice and strain into a chilled glass rimmed with lemon juice and sugar
• Garnish with a twist of a lemon peel
