Ingredients for a "Gilligan"

• Light Rum
• Banana Liqueur
• Lemon Juice
• Orange Juice
• Pineapple Juice

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 oz Light Rum
• 1/2 oz Banana Liqueur
• 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
• 1 oz Orange Juice
• 1 oz Pineapple Juice

Blending Instructions:

• Measure crushed ice into a cocktail shaker with a collins glass
• Add ingredients and shake well
• Pour the shaker back into the glass and garnish with a wedge of lemon
