Ingredients for a "Galway Grey"

• Vodka
• White Creme De Cacao
• Cointreau® Orange Liqueur
• Lime Juice
• Light Cream

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 1/2 oz Vodka
• 1 oz White Creme de Cacao
• 1 oz Cointreau® Orange Liqueur
• 1/2 oz Lime Juice
• Light Cream

Blending Instructions:

• Stir all ingredients (except cream) together, and pour into a cocktail glass
• Float fresh light cream on top, sprinkle with grated orange peel, and serve
