Ingredients for a "Galway Gray"

• Vodka
• Creme De Cacao
• Cointreau
• Lime Juice
• Cream

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 1/2 oz Vodka
• 1 oz White Creme de Cacao
• 1 oz Cointreau
• 1/2 oz Lime Juice
• Fresh Cream

Blending Instructions:

• Stir all ingredients, except for the cream, together
• Pour into cocktail glass and float cream on top
• Sprinkle some grated orange peel on top
