Ingredients for a "Gala Appletini"

• Brandy
• White Rum
• Monin® Apple Syrup
• Lemon Juice
• Cinnamon
• Apple
• Angostura® Bitters

Quantities for one drink:

• 1/2 oz Brandy
• 1/2 oz White Rum
• 1/2 oz Monin® Apple Syrup
• 1 Squeeze Fresh Lemon Juice Wedge
• 1 Pinch Cinnamon
• 1 Slice Gala Apple
• 2 Dashes Angostura® Bitters

Blending Instructions:

• In a shaker with ice, pour in rum, brandy, apple syrup, squeeze from half of a lemon wedge, and 2 dashes of bitters
• Shake hard, and pour into a frosty martini cocktail glass
• Top with a dash of cinnamon and garnish with a Gala apple slice
• Now enjoy this perfect autumn apple pie like drink
