Ingredients for a "Frozen Matador"

• Tequila
• Pineapple Juice
• Lime Juice
• Pineapple

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 1/2 oz Tequila
• 2 oz Pineapple Juice
• 1 Tblsp Lime Juice
• 1 Stick Pineapple

Blending Instructions:

• Blend all ingredients (except pineapple stick) with 1 cup crushed ice in an electric blender at a low speed for a short length of time
• Pour into an old-fashioned glass, add the pineapple stick, and serve
