Ingredients for a "Frozen Coconut"

• White Rum
• Coconut Rum
• Coconut Ice Cream

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 1/2 oz White Rum
• 1 oz Coconut Rum
• 3 tbsp Coconut Ice Cream

Blending Instructions:

• Blend briefly with half a glassful of crushed ice
• Garnish with a sprig of mint, add straws, and serve
