Ingredients for a "French 125"

• Sweet And Sour
• Brandy
• Champagne
• Lemon

Quantities for one drink:

• 2 oz Sweet And Sour
• 1 oz Brandy
• Chilled Champagne
• 1 Slice Lemon

Blending Instructions:

• Pour brandy and sweet and sour into a collins glass over ice cubes and stir well
• Fill with chilled champagne and stir lightly
• Add the slice of lemon and serve
