Fraises FizzAlcoholic

Ingredients for a "Fraises Fizz"

• Gin
• Strawberry Liqueur
• Lemon Juice
• Sugar Syrup
• Soda Water

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 1/2 oz Gin
• 1 oz Strawberry Liqueur
• 2 tsp Lemon Juice
• 1 1/2 tsp Sugar Syrup
• Soda Water

Blending Instructions:

• Combine the gin, strawberry liqueur, lemon juice and sugar syrup in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes
• Shake well
• Strain into a highball glass
• Add soda water, and garnish with a strawberry and a twist of lemon peel
