Ingredients for a "Forest Funk"

• Absolut Citron
• Peach Schnapps
• Grapefruit Juice

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 1/2 oz Absolut Citron
• 3/4 oz Peach Schnapps (Archers)
• Grapefruit Juice

Blending Instructions:

• Moisten the rim of the Collins glass with a lime wedge and coat the rim with granulated sugar
• Ice the glass and build the vodka and peach schnapps
• Top with grapefruit juice
