Ingredients for a "Flaming Cock Smack"

• Dark Rum
• 99 Bananas® Banana Schnapps
• Peach Schnapps
• Bacardi® 151 Rum
• Pineapple Juice

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 oz Dark Rum
• 1 oz 99 Bananas® Banana Schnapps
• 1/4 oz Peach Schnapps
• 1/4 oz Bacardi® 151 Rum
• 12 oz Pineapple Juice

Blending Instructions:

• Combine ice cubes with the pineapple juice, banana schnapps, and peach schnapps in a cocktail shaker and shake
• Pour into a large collins glass then layer the Bacardi 151 on top with the back of a spoon
• Ignite and allow to burn, extinguish and serve
