Fish House Punch #2Alcoholic

Quantities for one drink:

• 2 Liters Water
• 3 Liters Black Tea
• Honey
• Sugar Syrup
• 2 Liters Dark Rum
• 1/2 Liter Brandy
• 5 oz Lime Juice
• Lime Peel

Blending Instructions:

• Heat water
• Stir in sugar, tea, and honey, and allow to boil
• Add liquors, stir well, and simmer
• Stir in lime juice and peels
• Serve hot in heat-resistant cups or glasses, or cool, seal and bottle
