Ingredients for a "Ferocious Flip"

• Brandy
• Ruby Port
• Egg
• Superfine Sugar
• Light Cream
• Nutmeg

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 1/2 oz Brandy
• 1 oz Ruby Port
• 1 Egg
• 1 tsp Superfine Sugar
• 1/2 oz Light Cream
• 1 Pinch Nutmeg

Blending Instructions:

• Pour the brandy, port, egg, sugar and cream into a cocktail shaker and shake well
• Strain into a cocktail glass, garnish with a dusting of nutmeg, and serve
