Ingredients for a "Farmer Giles"

• Gin
• Dry Vermouth
• Sweet Vermouth
• Bitters
• Lemon Peel

Quantities for one drink:

• 2 oz Gin
• 1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
• 1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth
• 2 Dashes Bitters
• 1 Twist of Lemon Peel

Blending Instructions:

• In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine the gin, dry vermouth, sweet vermouth, and bitters
• Stir well
• Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with the lemon twist
