Fancy ScotchAlcoholic

Ingredients for a "Fancy Scotch"

• Scotch
• Triple Sec
• Sugar
• Bitters
• Lemon Peel

Quantities for one drink:

• 2 oz Scotch
• 1/2 tsp Triple Sec
• 1/4 tsp Superfine Sugar
• 2 Dashes Bitters
• 1 Twist of Lemon Peel

Blending Instructions:

• In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes combine the scotch, triple sec, sugar, and bitters
• Shake well
• Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with the lemon twist
