Ingredients for a "English Bolo"

• Dry Sherry
• Lemon Juice
• Sugar
• Cinnamon

Quantities for one drink:

• 4 oz Dry Sherry
• 1 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
• 1 tsp Sugar
• 1 Cinnamon Stick

Blending Instructions:

• Muddle a stick of cinnamon with lemon juice and sugar in an old-fashioned glass
• Add sherry, stir, and serve
