Ingredients for a "Emerald Martini"

• Gin
• Dry Vermouth
• Green Chartreuse
• Lemon Peel

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 1/2 oz Gin
• 1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
• 1/8 oz Green Chartreuse
• Twist of Lemon Peel

Blending Instructions:

• Stir with cracked ice in a shaker and pour into a chilled cocktail glass
• Twist a lemon zest over the drink and float the zest on top
