Quantities for one drink:

• 1 1/2 Cups Boiling Water

Blending Instructions:

• Allow the mint sprigs to infuse for 2-3 minutes in a saucepan with the boiling water
• Add the honey and stir well
• Allow to cool
• Once cooled, filter the mixture into a collins glass filled with ice cubes, and serve
