Ingredients for a "Elf Tea"

• Peppermint Liqueur
• Iced Tea
• Lemon Juice
• Sugar

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 oz Peppermint Liqueur
• 3 oz Iced Tea
• 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
• 1 tsp Sugar

Blending Instructions:

• Pour the peppermint liqueur and iced tea into a highball glass filled with ice cubes
• Stir well, and sweeten to taste
• Squeeze the juice from half a lemon over the top, and serve
