Ingredients for a "Egg Sour"

• Brandy
• Dry Orange Curacao Liqueur
• Lemon Juice
• Sugar Syrup
• Egg

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 oz Brandy
• 1 oz Dry Orange Curacao Liqueur
• 1 oz Lemon Juice
• 1/2 oz Sugar Syrup
• 1/2 Egg

Blending Instructions:

• Blend briefly with a glassful of crushed ice in an old-fashioned glass
• Garnish with a lemon spiral, and serve
