Ingredients for a "Egg Cream"

• Chocolate Syrup
• Milk
• Soda Water

Quantities for one drink:

• 2 Tblsp Chocolate Syrup
• 6 oz Whole Milk
• 6 oz Soda Water

Blending Instructions:

• Mix syrup and milk in a fountain glass
• Add soda water, serve with a straw
