Ingredients for a "Edith Day Cocktail"

• Dry Gin
• Grapefruit Juice
• Egg
• Sugar

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 1/2 oz Dry Gin
• 1 oz Grapefruit Juice
• 1 Egg White
• 1/2 tsp Sugar

Blending Instructions:

• Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes
• Shake vigorously
• Pour over shaved ice in a champagne flute, and serve
