Ingredients for a "Eagle Cocktail"

• Gin
• Creme De Violette
• Lemon Juice
• Sugar
• Egg

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 1/2 oz Gin
• 3/4 oz Creme de Violette
• 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
• 1 tsp Sugar
• 1 Egg White

Blending Instructions:

• Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes
• Shake vigorously
• Strain into a wine glass, and serve
