Ingredients for a "Dusty Dog"

• Vodka
• Creme De Cassis
• Lemon Juice
• Bitters
• Ginger Ale

Quantities for one drink:

• 2 oz Vodka
• 1/2 oz Creme de Cassis
• 1 tsp Lemon Juice
• 1 Dash Bitters
• 5 oz Ginger Ale

Blending Instructions:

• Pour vodka, creme de cassis, lemon juice and bitters into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes
• Shake well, and strain into a highball glass almost-filled with ice cubes
• Top with ginger ale, and stir well
• Garnish with a twist of lemon, and serve
