Ingredients for a "Dundee Dream"

• Scotch Whisky
• Sweet Sherry
• Mandarin Juice
• Lime Juice
• Dry Ginger Ale

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 1/2 oz Scotch Whisky
• 1/2 oz Sweet Sherry
• 1 oz Mandarin Juice
• 1/2 oz Lime Juice
• 3 oz Dry Ginger Ale

Blending Instructions:

• Shake with a glassful of broken ice and pour unstrained into a highball glass
• Add the ginger ale, garnish with a cherry and orange slice, and serve
