Ingredients for a "Dubonnet Cocktail"

• Dubonnet Rouge
• Gin
• Bitters
• Lemon Peel

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 1/2 oz Dubonnet Rouge
• 3/4 oz Gin
• 1 Dash Bitters
• 1 Twist of Lemon Peel

Blending Instructions:

• Stir all ingredients (except lemon peel) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass
• Add the twist of lemon peel and serve
