Ingredients for a "Dubonnet Cassis"

• Soda
• Lemon

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 3/4 oz Dubonnet® French vermouth
• 1/4 oz creme de cassis
• 2 oz soda
• 1 twist lemon peel

Blending Instructions:

• Stir dubonnet and creme de cassis over ice cubes in an aperitif glass
• Fill with soda, add a twist of lemon peel, and serve
