Ingredients for a "Du Barry Cocktail"

• Gin
• Dry Vermouth
• Anis
• Bitters
• Orange

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 1/2 oz Gin
• 3/4 oz Dry Vermouth
• 1/2 tsp Anis
• 1 Dash Bitters
• 1 Slice Orange

Blending Instructions:

• Stir all ingredients (except orange slice) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass
• Add the slice of orange and serve
