Ingredients for a "Down Under Dreamsicle"

• Light Rum
• Bailey's® Irish Cream
• Orange Juice
• Club Soda

Quantities for one drink:

• 3/4 oz Light Rum
• 1 1/2 oz Bailey's® Irish Cream
• 6 oz Orange Juice
• 2 Dashes Club Soda

Blending Instructions:

• Add Irish cream, OJ and carbonated water to a blender
• Blend with ice and pour into a coupette glass
• Add an orange wheel and a cherry, then float the rum on top
