Ingredients for a "Doralto"

• Tequila
• Lemon Juice
• Sugar
• Bitters
• Tonic Water
• Lime

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 1/2 oz Tequila
• 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
• 1/2 tsp Superfine Sugar
• 1 Dash Bitters
• 4 oz Tonic Water
• 1 Lime Wedge

Blending Instructions:

• In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the tequila, lemon juice, sugar, and bitters
• Shake well
• Strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes
• Top with the tonic water and garnish with the lime wedge
