Ingredients for a "Doctor Dawson"

• Tequila
• Lemon Juice
• Sugar
• Bitters
• Egg
• Club Soda

Quantities for one drink:

• 2 oz Tequila
• 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
• 1 tsp Superfine Sugar
• 1 Dash Bitters
• 1 Egg
• 3 oz Club Soda

Blending Instructions:

• In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the tequila, lemon juice, sugar, bitters, and egg
• Shake well
• Strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes
• Top with the club soda
