28.3ml Ingredients for a "Dixie Margarita"
Quantities for one drink:
Blending Instructions:
Serving GlassAdditional Information:To me, replacing tequila and adding the the pecan liqueur makes this not only a sweeter drink, but also more lingering and complex than a traditional margarita.I gave it the name "Dixie" because pecans are of the South. I justify calling it a margarita because like the margarita it is a type of Side Car,and if so many different drinks can be called "martini" without having any vermouth or gin (or vodka) in it ,why not call a tequila-less drink a margarita,if otherwise it is like one?
